Yaby Cosmetics

There's not enough I can say about this brand! Starting with their foundations, to their eye shadows and how you can customize your own palettes. Yaby is a brand from Toronto, Ontario, Canada owned by makeup artist Liz Yu. The products are very impressive and affordable. Their liquid foundation which is stored in tubes are $12.99 each. I've used the foundation and have to say I do not like using anything else! The blending alone is just amazing and a little goes a long way so don't squeeze out too much because it can be wasteful. The liquid is available in 13 different shades and can be found at camerareadycosmetics.com or yabycosmetics.com. They also have completed palettes already done for you. I myself am in love with the pearl paints. You can get the whole palette of pearl paints for $109.99 from Camera Ready. There's also empty palettes you can fill with refills of lipsticks, eye shadows, powder foundations, blush, etc. They also have the free style palette, which is pretty much like the Z palette on Camera Ready, with that you can put anything into it. Also if you're a makeup artist just starting out they also have starter kits available for $450.00. I love this brand because it's simple packaging, you can customize your palettes and it's very affordable for the makeup artist working on a budget. Plus it's very photography friendly, which means it shows up and lots of pigment. Yaby is one the brands I use on all of my shoots and definitely could not live without it.

Make yourself beauitful with these...

Here are some lines of makeup not everyone knows about but should that have amazing products! NYX Cosmetics is a line that's very inexpensive but has great products. For $10.00 each for some rad lashes you can make yours look oh so hot! They have 40 different varieties to choose from.

Another line not many are familiar with is Mattese Elite. If you live in New York City you know the beauty store Ricky's who sells this line of Cosmetics. Not very expensive and definitely worth it. For $14.00 you can get their Pure Color Powder, which comes in six different colors. If you're like me and you like bright bold colors this product's for you!

Nixie Cosmetics is a line that is some what popular. They also have a pro artist program you can join and get a certain percentage off your orders. Their refill powder blush which goes for $12.50 comes in many different colors and like most makeup artists they love to use palettes this is a must in your kit.

This last line to share is Gosh Cosmetics. I don't think many are familiar with this line. I have tried a lot of it in Canada once and really liked it. They are sold at most Shoppers Drug Marts. Although I haven't seen it sold anywhere in the states you can go to their website to check out all their products. For lips I came across their Soft n' Shine Lip Balm for $13.00 each. All have SPF 15 to protect you from the sun and come in 12 different shades.
